Just as the far right noticed Marjorie Taylor Grene has been aligning herself more with Speaker Kevin McCarthy, she shared a theory that a Texas white supremacist group was a “fed operation.”
“White power” in Texas
The protesters chanted “Seig Heil” and “white power” in downtown Centerville, Texas. They had their faces covered and claimed they were all Texans. The small group also shouted homophobic slurs.
The 1st anniversary since escaped inmate “killed five members of a white family”
The group allegedly gathered to mark the 1st year since an inmate Gonzalo Lopez “killed five members of a white family.” The officers gunned down the fugitive. He had an AR-15 and a pistol which he used to slaughter a family of two adults and three minors.
The family went for a vacation in the cabin
Lopez and the murdered family were not connected, the reports claim. Instead, they went to their cabin for a short vacation, and the inmate on the run stumbled upon them. Lopez was serving a life sentence for murdering a man along the Texas-Mexico border in 2006 and was a member of a Mexican mafia prison gang,
Greene tweeted her version of what had happened in Texas during the weekend
Greene wrote, “This group, just like the Patriot Front group that marches in D.C., looks like a fed operation trying to create racism, white supremacy, and racial division where none exist.” She also said she wants an investigation into “who these people are.”
Greene made certain conclusions
The Georgia lawmaker shared a follow-up tweet that read, “Think about what all this country has gone through to end racism. We had the civil rights era and desegregation of schools, and Americans worked very hard to end racism. And now it looks like the federal government is trying to create racism and white supremacist groups. What horrible people that would fund this garbage to create hate, division, and eventually war.”
Patriot Front’s March to D.C.
A group of around 150 men from the far-right group Patriot Front marched to D.C. on May 15. They, too, wore masks, and people came to the ridiculous conclusion that they had to be FBI operatives. Instead, masks became popular to conceal their identities, especially followiJanuary 6ary 6th riots.
The group held a sign “Reclaim America”
The Anti-Defamation League reported in March 2023 that white supremacy groups significantly rose. ADL claims there was a 38 percent increase in white supremacist activity from 2021 to 2022, with more than 6,700 incidents reported during that time.
Patriot Front, according to ADL
ADL described Paritot Front as a “white supremacist group whose members maintain that their ancestors conquered America and bequeathed it to them, and no one else.” It was founded in Texas in 2017 by Thomas Rousseau. They rose to infamy the same year during the “Unite the Right” rally in Charlottesville, Virginia.
People were baffled by Greene’s tweets
One person told her, “These are your supporters, Marge, don’t you recognize them?”
Roasting Greene
Another added, How is it legal/ethical/moral for a sitting U.S. Congressional Representative to accuse the FBI or other federal agents of posing as white nationalist protesters as a ruse to create division in the country?!”

Someone replied to Greene’s tweet, “Stop throwing around incendiary allegations when you don’t have the facts.”

This person wrote, “This chick on the comments said that J6 folks wore masks too, and we defend them. She really doesn’t get that she just made our point.”
