During a Reagan dinner in Ohio, the Georgia congresswoman said, “We need to remember where we are, the Americans, and we should have a lot of pride in our home and our country.”
Cleaning up the house
Greene further added, “That’s why we have to recognize the battle that the radical left has brought to our front door because we need to clean up our house.”
Shut down
The controversial politician continued, “We need to fight for it. We need to shut our doors. We need to shut our windows. We need to throw out the trash, and we need to clean it up.”
Greene expressed support for Trump
The Georgia lawmaker “solidly supporting Donald J. Trump for president” in 2024. She explained there was peace under Trump: “I would give anything for mean tweets because they come with world peace. That’s something we had under President Trump. They come with secure, strong borders and a border wall that will be finished high, finished long, and will be safe for America.”
Allegations against Greene
According to an analysis of Federal Election Commission records, Greene spent over $65,000 on fencing her home from the campaign funds.
That is more than the annual average for a household in her district
Greene’s report says she spent $966,133.15 in cash. It is not clear how much of it was from campaign funds. $54,634 was the median household income for a whole year in 2020.
Bill Maher called out Greene
During his Friday show, the comedian and host of HBO’s “Real Time with Bill Maher” said that Republicans act like “it’s a bachelorette party at a comedy club.” He continued, “Marjorie Taylor Greene screaming and shouting and yelling and heckling and booing! It’s the State of the Union, not the Rocky Horror Picture Show.”
Maher is not a fan of Greene’s style
The comedian is not a fan of Greene’s fashion choices. He said, “Did you see Marjorie Taylor Greene? She wore a fur collar. She said to send a message. What’s the message? I’m a pimp?”
It did not end there
Further, Maher shared, “She wore a white dress, white coat, white fur collar. Picked out at her favorite department store. Dullards. It’s from the Ku Klux Klan’s new Kouture line.”
The president also made fun of Greene
President Biden hosted an annual White House Correspondents’ Association dinner. Among the many jokes he shared, the one about Greene is among his finest.
Confused lawmaker
Biden wished everyone a fun night, “I want everybody to have fun tonight, but please be safe. If you find yourself disoriented or confused, it’s either you’re drunk or Marjorie Taylor Greene.”
Greene is still after the Biden family
She tweeted, “It appears Hunter Biden & other Biden family members may be guilty of money laundering & influence-peddling on behalf of Joe Biden, the temporary holder of the world’s most powerful office.”
Greene’s tweets against the Biden “crime” family
The Georgia representative’s Twitter is full of allegations against the First Family. One of the tweets alleges, “With all the evidence of “business” that I’ve seen between the Biden’s and China, in SARs and bank records, the connection makes a lot of sense.”
She is attacking the FBI
In the past month, the Georgia lawmaker made various claims against the FBI, as one tweet said, “FBI Director Wray’s continuous attempts to protect Joe Biden and his entire criminal family to further our country’s two-tiered justice system must come to an end.”
