The lawsuit alleges, “Miles sat down with the manager and owner and specifically told the manager about Miles’ gender status, and informed that Miles most closely aligned with female gender identity and that Miles intended to and wished to use a private non-gender specific restroom and locker room.”

Other women “complained”

After the class, Miles went into the woman’s locker room, but others “complained” about her “presence,” the filing alleged. The filing added that the women “yelled” and demanded that Miles “leave and cease using the facilities.”

A person told the publication, “We have other transgender people (at Chelsea Hot Yoga), we have several trans women and several trans men, and there’s never been a problem. … it’s this individual.”

One witness alleged, “There’s 150% man. There were things hanging out.” The witness added, “He was crouched on the floor before the shower stalls. It was very uncomfortable for one of the women that was in there, and she was completely naked.” The same witness wondered, “This person, I don’t know if they come to these places to try to start a problem or whatever.”

Third filing

New York Post reported this is the third lawsuit against gender identity discrimination. The publication claims there will be much more, calling it a “tsunami of trans-rights lawsuits targeting small businesses.”

Further, the filing reads, “Miles use of single-gender locker room and bathroom labeled Men, made Miles suffer shame, humiliation, and frustration; Miles, against Miles wishes and intent, was forced to use a locker room and bathroom that was not most closely aligned with Miles gender.”

NYC is trying to avoid bathroom problems, claims Anthony Mignano, a real estate property manager. He added, “We’ve been informed by our lawyers to change everything … everything has to be a neutral bathroom now.”

Allegedly, an 18-year-old transgender woman entered a women’s shower area in a Wisconsin high school after a gym class. The girls were in their swimsuits because they had a swimming class, and the trans teen allegedly told them, “I’m trans, by the way.”

The trans student was exposed

Allegedly, the trans student “undressed fully and showered completely naked right next to one of the girls.” Further, it said, “He was initially turned towards the wall but eventually turned and fully exposed his male genitalia to the four girls.” Lawyer Ron Coleman said about Ali Miles’ case: “This is definitely a trend you can expect to see.”
