“Officials continue to lie:” Ramaswamy suggests “the truth” about 9/11 is still unknown

The presidential hopeful Vivek Ramaswamy is determined to discover the “truth” about 9/11 and repeated the claims that he does “not believe everything the government has told us about that day.”

Ramaswamy wrote a lengthy post on X

The GOP presidential hopeful started, “Last week, a comedian podcaster asked me if 9/11 was an ‘inside job or exactly as the government tells us?’ I answered truthfully: I do not believe everything the government has told us about that day.”

One theory

He added he was referring to “the very real possibility supported by recently declassified documents that al-Qaida’s attack was undertaken with support from Saudi intelligence officials.”

He wants to move on, but…

Ramaswamy, the tech entrepreneur, then added, “It’s in our national interest to move on from 9/11 and to preserve a stable relationship with Saudi Arabia – but our best chance of rebuilding public trust is to acknowledge the truth about one of the defining events in our nation’s history.”

Other topics involved

Ramaswamy further declared, “These events are important foremost because U.S. government officials continue to lie about other matters of public importance – the origin of Covid-19, knowledge about UAPs, Hunter Biden’s laptop, and so on – with a complicit media that just accepts the prevailing narrative without question.”

Ramaswamy started with the Capitol riots

Talking to The Atlantic, the GOP’s candidate and author of “Woke, Inc.” started by questioning if Americans know the “truth about what really happened” during the January 6 Capitol riots.

“We can handle it”

He said, “Whatever it is, we can handle it. Government agents. How many government agents were in the field? Right?”

He turned to 9/11

The tech entrepreneur stated, “I think it is legitimate to say how many police, how many federal agents, were on the planes that hit the Twin Towers.” He added, “Maybe the answer is zero. It probably is zero for all I know, right?” Ramaswamy declared, “If we’re doing a comprehensive assessment of what happened on 9/11, we have a 9/11 commission, absolutely that should be an answer the public knows the answer to.”

Things got weird

The presidential hopeful shared, “Well, if we’re doing a January 6 commission, absolutely, those should be questions that we should get to the bottom of.” But, later insisted that connecting the two events was “ridiculous.”

Yet, the GOP presidential hopeful asked again

Ramaswamy again said, “I am not questioning what we — this is not something I’m staking anything out on,” he said. “But I want the truth about 9/11.”

Ramaswamy on debates

Ramaswamy told a Semafor reporter he’s “fine” with Trump not showing up at the first few debates. He continued, “This is my chance to introduce myself to the country & so I have no issue with whatever decision he wants to make,” adding, “If he’s on there, great. If not, I’m fine with that.”

But that’s not what he said earlier

Previously, Ramaswamy stated, “I fully expect to see Donald Trump on that debate stage,” adding, “It is my expectation Trump will be there because as I’ve known him, he’s not a man that I know of to be afraid. He’s not somebody who’s made a habit of himself to be a coward.”

Ramaswamy’s campaign cleared the confusion

Talking to Fox News, Ramaswamy’s campaign said, “This is not the only debate,” adding that Ramaswamy’s comments were not a “departure at all” from his previous claims.
